The PJMC is provided for in Law No.
14,968/2009 and Decree No.
52,121/2009.
The Jovem Monitor/a Cultural Program aims, through interaction between the community and cultural spaces managed by the Municipal Department of Culture of the City of São Paulo, to stimulate, through cultural activities, socioeconomic insertion and develop professional training and experimentation in the field of culture.
